A private Yoga Therapy session is a great way to get started. In these one-on-one sessions, you’ll receive alignment-based yoga poses designed specifically for your Backcare needs. As a Backcare & Scoliosis Yoga Therapist, Rachel is trained to work with a variety of conditions (herniated/bulging disc, cervical issues, hyper-kyphosis/lordosis, stenosis, spondylitis, spondylolisthesis, spinal fusion, Scoliosis, Sciatica etc…) The aim of these private sessions is to give you the tools to develop an at-home daily yoga practice to address pain when it arises, and empower you to build strength and stability in your spine for years to come.

A private Yoga for Backcare & Scoliosis Session is right for you if:

⫸ You’re brand new to Yoga for Backcare & Scoliosis (or alignment Yoga in general) and not sure where to begin.

⫸ You’ve checked out the online programs, and feel like you’d like to meet with a specialist before joining the group. (Rachel will be happy to guide you to the right course after your meeting if appropriate!)

⫸ You’re a Senior working with an array of backcare issues (spondylolisthesis, osteoporosis, mobility issues etc…) and you need a specialized program that is tailored to YOU!
